The house is all on the same level with step-free interior, featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. Reaching the villa is somewhat steep for a car, but it can be reached without a problem. Best accessed by car due to unpaved roads leading to the property. On-site parking is available for up to 3 cars. The garden is set up with sun beds and a cooling fountain. A grill/barbecue is perfect for outdoor dining. The villa is animal friendly (up to 2 pets allowed), and the garden is completely fenced. Located in the campo of Vejer de la Frontera, restaurants and shops are in Vejer (10 minutes) and Barbate (15 minutes). Montenmedio is only a few minutes' drive away. Vejer offers many activities.
